Each 15-minute appointment block accommodates up to 5 participants. You’ll receive approximately 3 minutes with the photographer and are guaranteed 2 professional headshots delivered in an online gallery after the event. ✨ Professional headshot session ✨ 2 edited images guaranteed ✨ Online gallery access after the event ✨ Perfect for social media, Mary Kay business pages, websites, and recognition materials Please arrive camera-ready and at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to the event schedule and limited appointment availability, late arrivals may forfeit their session. Headshot reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Space is limited and payment is required to reserve your spot.

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. • All headshot reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Please arrive camera-ready and at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. • Due to the event schedule and limited availability, late arrivals may forfeit their session. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Each Headshot Experience includes a minimum of 2 professionally edited headshots and access to the Recognition Runway event photo gallery. • Event photo galleries and headshot images will be delivered electronically following the event. • By booking, you grant permission for photographs taken during the event to be used for Recognition Runway and Mary Kay-related marketing and promotional purposes.
