When I saw this I knew that I had to share it with you because it's NOT TRUE!
I simply can't bear the idea that there are women going up in flames because they are working themselves to the bone. 😓
ESPECIALLY women in our society are told:"You're not doing enough""You know she is WAY better than you"You will never get it all done""You are a lazy failure"
Sound familiar? 🙄
That's because my girlfriend showed me this post that popped up in her feed...
AND the caption read:
"Think about it like this: every day that you're not working towards your goals is a day that you're falling behind. And if you want to achieve success, you can't afford to fall behind.

📣 HOLD UP! This couldn't be farther from the truth!!
This is the problem in our small business culture. We are told that the impossible and frustrating paths are the only way to success because that's what everyone does!
Here's the thing babe. To be the best version of yourself you have to have people around you that are going to help you and support you in taking those days off to rest and reset! 🧖♀️
I am so thankful that growing up my mom was able to support me on those really tough days and allow some mental health days every now and then.
PRO TIP: Treat yourself like you would treat your best friend. 👯♀️ If she came to you dog tired and overwhelmed would you tell her:
"Listen crybaby, every day that you're not working towards your goals is a day that you're falling behind." NO?!You would say "Girl, take a deep breath, go for a walk, refocus and let me know if you need anything."
So here I am babe. I am going to be your best friend right now and tell you there is a piece of the puzzle you are missing that would make your business run SMOOTH and make you look like a million bucks 💰 (and you don't have to work on Saturday to make it happen) 🤣
